The project has successfully involved developing the design concept into a real-life application in a showroom environment, a significant milestone that reassures us of the project's progress.
We delved deeply into the Store Future store's various facets, including customer flows and pathways, navigation, fixtures, accessories, and non-trading items. We aimed to create a seamless shopping experience that was perfectly aligned with the brand's identity and customer expectations.
To achieve this, we confidently utilized cutting-edge technology by developing a 3D virtual model of the store. This virtual space allowed us to preemptively address potential issues, reducing the likelihood of costly re-dos. By revisiting the virtual store and engaging in detailed discussions with each department, we discovered innovative solutions tailored to each department's unique requirements, enhancing the overall shopping experience.
This collaborative approach not only refined each department's final outcome but also allowed us to plan in-store branding with greater precision, ensuring the essence of the original concept and Home Centre's brand identity was maintained.
